Vittoria

My name is Vittoria Scigliuzzo. I am from Casarano, and I studied Linguistic Mediation at the University of Salento. I am currently attending the second and final year of the Master’s degree in Scientific-Technical Translation and Interpreting.

Since childhood, I have always had a deep passion for foreign languages and teaching. After spending all these years learning other languages, it would be a true pleasure to have the opportunity to teach Italian, my mother tongue.

My teaching experience began a few years ago, when I started giving private language lessons to other students. However, this year I spent four months working at a middle school in Lecce. More specifically, my role involved creating personalized educational programs and delivering engaging lessons to reduce learning gaps and prevent early school leaving.

I consider myself a very patient, reliable, and polite person. Thanks to my educational background, I have come to understand that language is more than just grammar rules or vocabulary. It is an open door to the world, providing a unique opportunity to connect with different cultures and ways of thinking.

My lessons will focus on a wide variety of themes and will always be tailored to the student’s interests and needs. The duration and cost of the lessons will be discussed together to find the most suitable solution.
